WHY WE EXIST
Most automation pitches start with the technology. We started with a complaint: too many smart people spend too much of their week doing work a system could handle, while the decisions that actually need a human get squeezed into the gaps.
Sapiens + Machines exists to fix that ratio — not by replacing the people doing the work, but by removing everything in front of them that isn’t a judgment call. We’ve stayed small on purpose. Every engagement gets the same two people who founded the company.
