Custom Software

Custom tools, platforms, and CRMs built around how your business actually runs — wired directly into QuickBooks, OpenAI, Claude, or any other API you already depend on.

We build custom software — internal tools, client portals, CRMs, and management platforms — connected directly to the systems you already run your business on.

Off-the-shelf software forces your business to work around its limitations. We build the reverse: software shaped around your actual workflow, with integrations to QuickBooks, OpenAI, Claude, or any other API your business already depends on.

WHY IT MATTERS

What changes once it’s live.

Built around your workflow

No forcing your process into a generic platform’s assumptions about how your business should work.

Connects everything you use

QuickBooks, OpenAI, Claude, or any other open API — one platform instead of six disconnected tools.

You own it outright

No per-seat licensing, no vendor lock-in — it runs on infrastructure you control.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Capabilities, not features.

Custom CRM & business management platform design

Structured around your actual sales or operations process, not whatever workflow a generic CRM assumes you follow.

Internal tools & admin dashboards built around your workflow

Built for the specific tasks your team repeats daily — not a generic admin panel with mostly-unused features.

Third-party API integrations — QuickBooks, OpenAI, Claude, and any other open API

If a platform exposes an API, we can very likely connect it — the goal is to link your systems, not replace them.

Data migration from spreadsheets or legacy systems

Existing records move into the new system rather than starting from a blank slate — no re-entering years of data by hand.

30-day tuning window post-launch

We adjust permissions, integrations, and edge cases against how your team actually uses it for 30 days before considering it done.

IS THIS A FIT?

Who this is for.

GOOD FIT IF

You’re managing critical work in spreadsheets or disconnected tools

You need software that talks to your other systems, not another silo

You want to own the result outright, not rent access to it

PROBABLY NOT IF

An off-the-shelf tool already does exactly what you need

You need something live in under two weeks

Your process is still changing too often to lock into a build yet

HOW IT GETS BUILT

Three stages.

STAGE I

Observe

We map your current tools, spreadsheets, and manual processes, and what needs to talk to what.

STAGE II

Build

We build the platform and wire up every integration it needs to run.

STAGE III

Operate

We monitor real usage and tune integrations and permissions for 30 days post-launch.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Multi-Location Operations

Professional Services

E-commerce Operations

Franchises & Licensing

INVESTMENT

How pricing works.

TYPICAL RANGE

A single internal tool starts in the low thousands; multi-system platforms run considerably higher.

WHAT AFFECTS COST

Number of integrations, complexity of the data model, and how much migration from existing systems is needed.

HOW WE QUOTE

Fixed price after the Observe stage, once scope is genuinely clear.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SERVICE

What’s the difference between custom software and an off-the-shelf platform?

Off-the-shelf software is built for the average business, so you end up adjusting your process to fit it. Custom software is built around how your business actually operates — no working around limitations that don’t apply to a generic template.

Can you integrate with tools we already use, like QuickBooks?

Yes. We regularly integrate with QuickBooks, OpenAI, Claude, and any other platform with an open API — the goal is to connect your systems, not force you to switch off them.

How long does custom software take to build?

A single internal tool can take a few weeks; a full CRM or multi-system platform typically runs 2–4 months. We give a realistic timeline after the Observe stage, once scope is actually clear.

What happens if we need changes after launch?

The 30-day tuning window covers changes based on real usage. Beyond that, since you own the software outright, you can bring us back for further work or hand it to any developer — there’s no lock-in either way.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. Each engagement is scoped and quoted on its own. Ongoing work after the 30-day tuning window is optional, not a requirement to keep the software running.

How much does custom software development cost?

It depends on scope — a single internal tool costs far less than a full CRM with multiple integrations. We give a fixed quote after the Observe stage, once we know exactly what needs to be built and connected.

Who owns the software once it’s built?

You do. There’s no per-seat licensing or platform lock-in — it runs on infrastructure you control, and any developer can maintain it after us.
