Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, password management, and backups — set up right and kept running, without needing an in-house IT department.
We set up and manage the tools your business runs on day to day — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, password management, VoIP, and automated backups — so nothing critical depends on one person remembering how it’s configured.
Most small businesses either have no real IT setup, or a patchwork one nobody’s touched in years. We build it properly once, then keep it maintained.
WHY IT MATTERS
What changes once it’s live.
Nothing gets lost when someone leaves
Offboarding is a checklist, not a scramble — accounts, files, and access get handled the same way every time.
One place to manage every login
Password management and SSO mean your team isn’t reusing the same password everywhere, and no one’s locked out when someone’s away.
Backups you don’t have to think about
Automated, tested backups running quietly in the background — not a manual task someone forgets.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Capabilities, not features.
Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 setup and administration
We configure the platform correctly the first time, including security settings most default setups skip.
Password management & SSO rollout (1Password)
Every team member gets a secure, shared way to access what they need — no password reuse, no sticky notes.
VoIP setup & integration
Business phone lines that work with your existing tools, configured properly from the start.
Automated backup & disaster recovery (Backblaze)
Your data is backed up on a real schedule and actually tested — not just “set and forget.”
Onboarding & offboarding account provisioning
New hires get access on day one; departing employees lose it the same day, every time.
IS THIS A FIT?
Who this is for.
GOOD FIT IF
You’re running critical work through personal accounts or ad hoc tools
You’ve had a security scare or a close call with lost access
You want one point of contact for IT instead of three vendors
PROBABLY NOT IF
You already have a dedicated in-house IT team
You need custom software built — that’s Custom Software
You’re looking for a single one-time fix, not ongoing management
HOW IT GETS BUILT
Three stages.
STAGE I
Observe
We audit your current accounts, tools, and security gaps — what’s configured, what isn’t, and what’s actually at risk.
STAGE II
Build
We configure Workspace/365, password management, VoIP, and backups correctly, migrating what needs to move.
STAGE III
Operate
We monitor and adjust for 30 days, then offer ongoing management so this never drifts back into disorder.

INVESTMENT
How pricing works.
TYPICAL RANGE
Most small business IT setups run in the low thousands to configure; ongoing management is billed monthly.
WHAT AFFECTS COST
Number of users, number of platforms involved, and how much existing disorder needs untangling first.
HOW WE QUOTE
A fixed setup price, plus a simple monthly management fee once things are configured.
QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SERVICE
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — which is right for my business?
Both cover email, storage, and office tools. Workspace tends to suit teams already living in Gmail and Google Docs, while 365 fits teams already using Outlook, Excel, and Teams. We recommend based on what your team already uses daily, not brand preference.
What happens to an employee’s email and files when they leave?
Their account is suspended immediately and their files transferred to a manager or archived, per your policy — nothing gets deleted or lost in the handoff.
How much does managed IT cost for a small business?
It depends on user count and platform complexity. We quote a fixed setup fee plus a simple monthly management rate once we know your scope.
Do you handle security incidents, or just setup?
Setup and ongoing management are the core of what we do. For an active security incident we’ll help however we can, but this isn’t a dedicated incident-response service.
Do we need to switch everything at once?
No — we can migrate one system at a time, email first, then passwords, then backups, if switching everything at once isn’t practical for your team.
Can you support a fully remote or hybrid team?
Yes — Workspace, 365, SSO, and VoIP are all built for distributed teams by default, and are often easier to support remotely than in-office hardware.
What if we already use most of these tools?
We audit what’s already in place and fix what’s misconfigured or insecure, rather than starting over — you don’t pay to redo work that’s already correct.
